Our staff hold level 3 qualifications and above in Early Childhood and Education.
Our staff retention is excellent, many have worked at the nurseries for over 10 years.
We operate a Key Worker system, where every child and their family has their own Key Worker.
Our staff work very closely with parents, they share information on a daily basis and provide more formal assessments and reviews throughout the year.
Our staff attend regular professional updating training days relating to Early Years Curriculum, Working with babies, First Aid etc.
